Dr. Carlson has over 40 years of international experience in managing mineral exploration and mining development companies with a focus on precious and base metal deposits. His career has included independent consulting assignments and management of exploration programs for both junior and major mining companies. He is a past President of AMEBC (formerly the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines) and President of the Society of Economic Geologists Canada Foundation. He is a recipient of the SEG's Ralph Marsden Award for distinguished service and CIM's J.C. Sproule Award for the advancement of geology and mineral exploration in the Yukon.
LEI WANG, CGA

Ms. Wang is a member of the Association of Certified General Accountants of BC and has over 20 years of experience in the natural resource sector. Ms. Wang has been integrally involved in all areas of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury, tax and corporate finance activities for both publicly traded resource companies and privately held companies. Ms. Wang has held various financial roles in the mineral resource industry since 2001, and prior to that, Ms. Wang worked at Schlumberger Oilfield Services and Glencore International AG's Beijing office.
ARIE PAGE, LLB
Arie Page obtained her law degree in 2004 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2005. Ms. Page currently serves as corporate secretary to several public resource companies in the minerals sector including Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd., Bravada Gold Corporation, Southern Silver Exploration Corp. and Valterra Resource Corporation.
R.E. GORDON DAVIS, BASc, P Eng
From 1964-1982, Gordon Davis was a director and senior executive with Dynasty Explorations Ltd. and its successor corporation, Cyprus Anvil Mining Corporation. Since 1982, he has been a director of several resource companies, including Pine Point Mines Ltd., Cabre Exploration Ltd., Golden Knight Resources Inc., Silver Standard Resources Inc. and Chairman and CEO for Canplats Resources Corporation. He is currently a director of Camino Minerals Corporation and Strategic Metals Ltd.
Mr. Proctor is a Vancouver-based Chartered Accountant focused on the natural resources sector. Mr. Proctor is an independent director and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee.
BRUCE YOUNGMAN, BSc
Bruce Youngman has thirty years of experience in the minerals industry. From 2008 to 2010, he was President and COO of Canplats Resources Corporation, during which time the 4 million ounce Camino Rojo deposit in Mexico was outlined and the company acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for $300 million. Mr. Youngman previously held senior positions with Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd., including President, Vice-President and Director, and was closely involved in the acquisition and expansion of the Pebble Gold-Copper Porphyry Project in Alaska. Mr. Youngman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia. He is currently Chairman and Director of Strategic Metals Ltd. and Director of ATAC Resources Ltd.
Mr. Monaghan has a successful record of helping mineral exploration and development companies create shareholder value. Most recently, Mr. Monaghan was director, investor relations, of True Gold Mining Inc., acquired by Endeavour Mining Corp. for approximately $240-million in 2016. Prior to True Gold, Mr. Monaghan worked for Canplats Resources Corp., acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for approximately $300-million in 2010. Before Canplats, Mr. Monaghan worked for Western Prospector Group Ltd., acquired by a subsidiary of China Nuclear National Corp. in 2009. Prior to Western Prospector, Mr. Monaghan worked for Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., which merged with Goldcorp in 2005. Mr. Monaghan holds a bachelor of arts degree from Simon Fraser University, a diploma in public relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
