John Brock, a geologist and geophysicist, has 44 years of experience working with public companies. He has participated in mine-finding discoveries such as Faro in the Yukon (Dynasty Exploration) and Marigold in Nevada (Welcome North). John Brock served as Governor to the former Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE) and Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX). In addition, he has received numerous industry-related awards, including the CIM J.C. Sproule Memorial Award, the BC and Yukon Chamber of Mines President's Award and the Murray Pezim Award.

GERALD G. (GERRY) CARLSON, PhD, P Eng

Vice President, Exploration

Dr. Carlson has over 40 years of international experience in managing mineral exploration and mining development companies with a focus on precious and base metal deposits. His career has included independent consulting assignments and management of exploration programs for both junior and major mining companies. He is a past President of AMEBC (formerly the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines) and President of the Society of Economic Geologists Canada Foundation. He is a recipient of the SEG's Ralph Marsden Award for distinguished service and CIM's J.C. Sproule Award for the advancement of geology and mineral exploration in the Yukon.

LEI WANG, CGA

Chief Financial Officer

Lei Wang, with over 11 years international experience in the natural resource sector, has been integrally involved in all areas of financial reporting, regulatory compliance and corporate finance activities. She is also Controller of Quaterra Resources Inc. and Manex Resource Group, a management company providing comprehensive financial, corporate and geological services to publicly listed companies.

ARIE PAGE, BA, LLB

Corporate Secretary

Arie Page obtained her law degree in 2004. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2005 and is currently employed by Lawrence page Q.C. Law Corporation. Ms. Page currently serves as a corporate secretary to several other public resource companies in the minerals sector.

SARGENT H. BERNER, LLB

Director

From 1976 to 2004 Sargent Berner was a partner at Vancouver law firm DuMoulin Black where he practiced corporate, securities and natural resources law; he is currently associate counsel. Mr. Berner received his LLB in 1966 from UBC and a Master of Laws degree in 1967 from the London School of Economics.

R.E. GORDON DAVIS, P Eng

Director

From 1964-1982, Gordon Davis was a director and senior executive with Dynasty Explorations Ltd. and its successor corporation, Cyprus Anvil Mining Corporation. Since 1982, he has been a director of a number of resource companies, including Pine Point Mines Ltd., Cabre Exploration Ltd., Golden Knight Resources Inc., Chairman for Canplats Resources Corporation, Silver Standard Resources Inc.and now serves as Chairman for Camino Minerals.

DOUGLAS PROCTOR

Mr. Proctor is a Vancouver-based Chartered Accountant focused on the natural resources sector. Mr. Proctor is an independent director and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee.

BRUCE YOUNGMAN, BSc

Director

Bruce Youngman has thirty years of experience in the minerals industry. From 2008 to 2010, he was President and COO of Canplats Resources Corporation, during which time the 4 million ounce Camino Rojo deposit in Mexico was outlined and the company acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for $300 million. Mr. Youngman previously held senior positions with Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd., including President, Vice-President and Director, and was closely involved in the acquisition and expansion of the Pebble Gold-Copper Porphyry Project in Alaska. Mr. Youngman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia. He is currently Chairman and Director of Strategic Metals Ltd. and Director of ATAC Resources Ltd.
